I refer to the LandCorp-managed residential, as well as industrial, development in Walpole. (1) Can the minister confirm that these developments will incur the added burden of Western Power’s headworks charges outlined in the recently released distribution headworks policy? (2) What is LandCorp’s estimate of the cost of the headworks component for the power connections for a residential and an industrial lot? (3) Does the minister concede that this additional cost affects the viability of the respective developments?
