I thank the member for giving me some notice of the question. I want to clarify one thing before I answer it because I am getting confused. Answer the question. The SPEAKER : Order! There is a question before the house and I think the minister is going to answer that question. Mr R.F. JOHNSON : I have every intention — Mr P. Papalia : Who is the police minister, because the Attorney General is always talking on your behalf? The SPEAKER : Take a seat, minister. I had to formally call the member for Warnbro to order for the first time yesterday and I do so again today. Mr R.F. JOHNSON : My question was simply for future reference. (1) I am advised by police that it was on 6 September 2008 at 10.19 am. (2)–(3) Saturday, 9 October, upon my return from leave. (4) No.
