JUDICIAL OFFICERS — COMPLAINTS AGAINST
838. Hon
Dr BRIAN WALKER to the parliamentary secretary representing the Attorney
General:
I refer the Attorney General to the
answer he was kind enough to supply to my question without notice 760, asked on
Wednesday, 31 August 2022, and welcome his commitment and that of the McGowan
government to the establishment of a legislative-based judicial commission.
(1) Is a delivery date, however
aspirational, attached to the delivery of such a commission?
(2) With whom has the government consulted or does it
intend to consult prior to tabling the necessary legislation?
(3) Has any such consultation
commenced; and, if so, with whom?
Hon Nick Goiran : Here is the
answer.
