I refer to undeveloped land owned by the Department of Housing for each of the suburbs of Mirrabooka, Koondoola, Alexander Heights, Balga and Westminster, and ask:
(a) how much undeveloped land is owned by the Department of Housing;
(b) where is the land;
(c) what is the intended use of the land; and
(d) what is the intended date for use of the land?

(a) 12 lots.
(b) In Alexander Heights, Balga and Mirrabooka.
(c) The Department intends to develop these sites for affordable housing,
supporting the target under the State Affordable Housing Strategy to
deliver 20,000 new homes by 2020.
(d) Of the 12 undeveloped sites, nine are awaiting the City of Stirling to
complete local area amendments and therefore a date cannot be specified at this
stage. The remaining three sites are undergoing feasibility assessments
and will be developed in the near future.
