In relation to all agencies, departments and trading enterprises within the Deputy Premier’s portfolio of responsibilities that maintain a register of gifts and benefits offered to employees but not accepted, I ask: (a) how many gifts or benefits have been offered but not accepted since 1 January 2013; and (b) for each gift or benefit offered but not accepted since 1 January 2013: (i) what was the nature of the gift or benefit; (ii) what was the name of the individual or organisation that offered the gift or benefit; (iii) what was the relationship of the employee to the individual or organisation that offered the gift or benefit; and (iv) what was the estimated cost of the offered gift or benefit?
