COST OF LIVING — RELIEF PAYMENTS
257. Hon BEN DAWKINS to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I refer to cost-of-living relief to
the WA community.
(1) Following the
announcement of cost-of-living relief payments to families with school
children, will the Cook government be announcing relief payments for other
segments of the community?
(2) Will the
Premier commit to providing cost-of-living relief to pensioners so they do not
have to choose between heating and eating this winter?
(3) If no to (2),
why not, and if yes to (2), when will payments to pensioners be made?
