(3) & (4) No, Parkerville Children's Home receives funds to provide 6 medium to long term placements for children/young people aged 14 to 17 years. Children and young people are to receive quality care in a safe supportive environment, relationships with their families are maintained and strengthened, provided their safety and well being is not compromised, and the children and young people develop and maintain skills and relationships conducive to stable living arrangements in the community.
(5) Family and Children's Services is aware that the service provider is working with the local council to resolve issues with neighbours.
