(a)–(c)
The Department of Communities allocates properties to client agencies so that they may then lease to their staff. These properties are then managed by the individual client agency.
The Department of Training and Workforce Development is responsible for the rent setting policies of its tenants. This question should be directed to the Minister for Training.
