I refer to the case of Mr Marlon Noble. (1) Does Mr Noble’s name appear on any state sex offender register or similar register? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister please name which register Mr Noble’s name appears on? (3) If no to (1), would Mr Noble’s name appear on any of those registers if he was released from custody?
