review of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 that commenced in 2019 and
concluded consultation in 2020.
(1) Has the review been completed?
(2) When will the final report be
released to the public?

some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) The
review of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 that addresses a broad range of
issues impacting tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy cycle has been
completed and is currently being considered by me as the Minister for Commerce.
An announcement will be made in due course.
