I refer to employees of the health services, and ask: (a) what is the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE), the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department head office, 189 Royal Street, East Perth; (b) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department South Metropolitan Health Service head office, Level 2, Administration Building, Fiona Stanley Hospital, 14 Barry Marshall Parade, Murdoch; (c) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department North Metropolitan head office, T Block Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands; (d) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department’s East Metropolitan Area Health Service Head Office; (e) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department WA Country Health Service, 189 Wellington Street, Perth; (f) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department Child and Adolescent Health Service head office, Princess Margaret Hospital, Roberts Road, Subiaco; (g) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department in the capacity of media adviser, media monitoring, website production, or performing any other duties relating to media inquiries, communication production, or response; (h) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department, Health Information Network, 67 Walters Drive, Osborne Park; (i) how many consultants currently engaged by the Department of Health are stationed, based at, or working from the offices of the Health Information Network, 67 Walters Drive, Osborne Park on a full or part time basis; (j) what is the number of FTE, the head count, and employee cost of services for people working at the Health Department, Health Corporate Network, 81 St Georges Terrace, Perth; and (k) what in the annual, total cost, and length of leasing arrangements for offices managed by the Department of Health at: (i) 81 St Georges Terrace; and (ii) 67 Walters Drive, Osborne Park?
