Given that the state’s road transport network is falling into decay and becoming increasingly dangerous for all road users - (1) Will the minister provide a breakdown of the total expenditure on Western Australian roads from all sources for the years 2001-02, 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05? (2) Will the minister please list the contributions in each of those years from - (a) the state; and (b) the commonwealth? (3) Will the minister please list each new project valued at more than $5 million completed in each of the above years? (4) Will the minister please list totals in each of the above years for - (a) capital user charges; (b) depreciation; and (c) other expenses? Hon ADELE FARINA
