I refer to a media statement published 22 November 2019 from the former Minister for Housing, the Hon Peter Tinley, titled "Northern Parklands breathe new life into Bentley 360 site" and the commitment to deliver at least 1,500 new homes and ask, as of 30 November 2025: (a) at what stage is this development at; (b) will the development still provide the intended estimated 1500 new homes; (c) if yes, by when; (d) is the development site fully serviced by power and water infrastructure such that it is at the build-ready stage; (e) what are the intended tenures of the homes at the Bentley 360 site; (f) how many social homes will be included in this development; (g) how many affordable homes will be included in this development; (h) when will these affordable homes be available for tenancy; (i) how many private homes will be included in this development; (j) what is the timeframe to release these lots to the public for sale; (k) what are the total costs associated with this project to date; and (l) what is the intended delivery date of the full development at Bentley 360?

The Member seems unaware that Heartwood Stage 1 lots have already sold on the open market after being released in 2025. Announcements about further stages will be made in due course as is standard practice.
As is standard industry practice, connection to services is required prior to the titling of lots.
Remediation works are continuing on further stages to address the contamination and geotechnical issues related to prior uses, including asbestos contamination and an onsite sand quarry. This information is already publicly available.
Sites will be utilised for private, and social and affordable tenures.
Across developments that include density sites, figures are approximate only and dependant on the final built form outcome, including on sites utilised by the private market or Community Housing for development.
