(1) The Sustainable Health Review Final Report has been submitted to Government for consideration.
(2) (1) $4,718,929.72
(2) $4,916,004.97
(3)(a)-(e) 17 staff were employed in the Sustainable Health Review (SHR) at different times of the review based on operational need. The Department of Health does not believe it is in the public interest to have the names of individual SHR staff members identified.
