I refer to the annual spend on the
patient assisted travel scheme.
What was the spend for each of the
following years —
(a) 2016–17;
(b) 2017–18;
(c) 2018–19; and
(d) 2019–20?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
The annual spend was —
(a) $36 745 848;
(b) $37 808 063;
(c) $38 360 901; and
(d) the final spend for 2019–20 has not yet
been finalised. It will appear in the annual report and also in the
budget.
The totals for (a)–(c)
include PATS subsidies and administrative costs.
