I refer to the opening of The Quarter development in Karratha, and ask: (a) how many of the 46 service-worker apartments are currently occupied; (b) what is the actual or intended weekly rent for the apartments; (c) who technically owns the apartments and who receives the rent; (d) what is the specific size of commercial and retail space currently available; (e) which individuals or companies are managing commercial and retail opportunities; (f) what percentage of the size outlined in (d) is currently being leased - or contracts have been signed for lease - by private businesses; (g) does the amount outlined in (d) include space leased - or intended to be leased - by government agencies and if not, what is the size of the space available for government agencies; (h) which government agencies will be - or currently are - accommodated in The Quarter and what is the size in square metres of the space intended to be - or currently is being - occupied per agency; (i) what price per square metre will each government agency pay; and (j) for government agencies currently accommodated in The Quarter: (i) what was the location of the agency prior to the move to The Quarter; and (ii) is any leasing arrangement still in place at the previous accommodation and, if so, what is the expiry date of the lease?
