I refer to the 2021–22
state budget allocation of a $120 million package to recruit 150 frontline
officers to speed up project approvals across five agencies, including
Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.

has DPLH been funded to recruit for this purpose over the estimate?
(2) How many of these officers have
