The information I have is accurate as at 19 February 2004. I therefore do not know of any changes that may have occurred since that time. However, I thank the member for some notice of this question. The Garland report’s brief was to address only the impact, if any, of the Hope Valley-Wattleup redevelopment project on the retail operations located within the Wattleup commercial strip of 1048 and 1050 Rockingham Road, Wattleup. This was in response to concerns that had been raised by the owners and tenants in the aforementioned commercial strip.
