I refer to the minister’s announcement of 3 September 2006 regarding a $450 million joint venture project to open a potential 2 600 housing lots. (1) How many stages will be involved in the release of those lots? (2) What is the proposed timetable for the release of each stage? (3) When will the first stage be available to the public? Five distinct neighbourhoods, a town centre, community facilities and a range of recreational activities and parkland reserves are proposed.
