Given the Information Commissioner’s comment in her annual report that, with regard to Lynch Interiors Pty Ltd, “Although documents held by CAMS indicate that payment was made to the consultant, there are apparently no documentary records of the advice that he gave or the work that he performed”, will the minister - (a) agree to reopen the investigation into this matter; and (b) if not, why not?
