I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Yanchep Rail Extension, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Alkimos Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as 350 current dwellings, 1580 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 3220 under the METRONET growth scenario); (ii) Eglinton Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as 6 current dwellings, with 700 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 2940 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (iii) Yanchep Strategic Centre Station Precinct (listed as 180 current dwellings, with 3680 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 4750 under the METRONET growth scenario)?
