(1) An architect was commissioned on 8 April 2011 and planning and design has commenced.
(2) A contract was entered into in November 2010 for the acquisition of a suitable site in the Australind Industrial Park and the developer has since gone into receivership. The receiver is yet to determine future options for the development. FESA is committed to delivering the project on time hence alternative sites are being explored should the development not proceed or if significant delays are expected.
