I refer to the Nambi Village in Leonora, situated on Reserve 41510, and I ask:
(a) can the Minister indicate who is responsible for paying Shire rates on properties in the Nambi Village;
(b) if no to (a), why not; and
(c) if the answer to (a) is not the Katampul Aboriginal Corporation (KAC), can the Minister explain why they have been served with rates demands and have been paying the rates for the past number of years?
