I refer to child protection notifications, and I ask: (a) in each of 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014 to date, how many child protection notifications in the South West region were not assessed; and (b) in each of 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014 to date, how many children who were the subject of child protection notifications were assessed within: (i) one week; (ii) eight-14 days; (iii) 15-21 days; (iv) 21-31 days; (v) one-three months; and (vi) more than three months?
