(a) The Higher Education Team is based in the Department of Education. It assists the Minister for Tertiary and International Education in meeting the Minister’s statutory responsibilities for higher education and liaison with the Australian Government.
The Higher Education Team supports reform and improvements in the State’s university sector.
(b) Funding over financial year 2024-25 provides for 3 FTE within the Department of Education.
