The Department of Finance continues to negotiate with Diploma and Colliers on variations and modifications and these discussions and payment are expected to be finalised by mid-2014. On advice from the Department of Finance, expenditure is $22.9 million as at 11 February 2014 against an original budget of $25.5 million.
