(d) other than the payout of ordinary entitlements, have any additional payments been made to Level 4 or below term-of-government employees who ceased employment after 6 August 2008; and
(i) if so, to whom, how much and for what reason?

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises that the following term of government officers classified at Level 4 or below ceased employment between 6 August 2008 and 22 December 2008 arising from the general election.
(a-c) [see tabled paper no]
(d)(i) No. The payments received in excess of accrued leave were end of contract entitlements paid in accordance with the officer's term of government employment contract.
