I refer the Minister to the Princess Margaret Hospital site that is now within a Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) area and ask: (a) what are the proposed development plans for the site; (b) will the nearby lodging house on York Street have any impact on the development considerations or decisions being made in respect to the site; (c) did the State Government at any period over past 20 years own the land in York Street upon which the lodging house now resides, and, if so, which agency or Minister was the designated owner, when was it sold, and for what price; (d) is the Minister aware of the increase in Police attendances and crime in and around York street since the lodging house was opened; and (e) has the Minister received any correspondence or telephone calls from concerned residents, business owners, or parents of children who attend the nearby Perth Modern School, over the location of the lodging house and the impact of some of the lodgers?
