(a) Yes.
(i) I have a regular scheduled meeting with the Director General and Senior Health Executives on a fortnightly basis. A meeting occurred with the then Acting Director General on 9 June. In addition the Acting Director General attended other meetings in my office on 8, 15, 17 and 22 June.
(ii) Nil.
It should be noted that I speak to the Director General on the telephone on a frequent basis and this report was regularly raised in general discussion and informally at other meetings.
