(2) Yes. Ms Helen Creed tendered her resignation after accepting a position with the Western Australian Government as the Executive Director of the Office for Women's Policy. After four and a half years as Chairman, Mr Alan Mulgrew decided to pursue other business interests and challenges after considering his personal work commitments. (3) The Executive Director of EventsCorp, left Tourism Western Australia on 28 July 2006. (4) The Executive Director of EventsCorp was not intending to extend her existing contract beyond 2007 it was agreed between herself and the CEO that now was an appropriate time for her to leave.
