According to the Code of Conduct for statutory board Screenwest, all overseas travel is to be approved by the Minister. For boards and departments within the Minister’s portfolios, I ask:
(a) what code of conduct or directives apply to overseas and interstate travel; and
(b) what interstate or overseas travel by employees or board members has been approved by the Minister since 8 September 2008?

(a) Premier's Circular 2009/04 - Guidelines for official travel by government officers.  These guidelines cover board members as well.
