I refer the minister to the Anglican Schools Commission’s application to establish a low-fee Anglican school for Esperance. (1) Given that the review panel that is considering the application held a hearing on 27 July 2006 to review the decision of the minister to refuse registration of the proposed Esperance Anglican community school, has the review panel reached a recommendation? The School Education Act 1999 provides for the minister to consider the panel’s report prior to making a decision. The panel does not announce its recommendations.
