NORTHAM NALTREXONE CLINIC
Given the Australian Labor Party’s opposition to the Northam naltrexone clinic during the election campaign, will the minister reverse the decision of the previous Minister for Planning, made against the will of the Town of Northam and the majority of the community, to allow a section of the old Northam Hospital to be used for this purpose? Ms MacTIERNAN

I am unsure how familiar the Leader of the National Party is with planning law, but it is not clear to me how a decision made previously can be reversed. Can the Leader of the National Party be clearer about the mechanism that he believes is available to me to undo the mischief of the Government of which he was a part?
