HIGH SCHOOLS - INCLUSION OF YEAR 7 STUDENTS
I ask a supplementary question. What is the Premier’s response to the claim that the movement of year 7 students to high school will lead to the closure of many regional primary schools? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

AnswerView source ↗

I have never heard such a proposition put. My response to the movement of year 7s into high school is that if that is appropriate for the age and the arrangement of the students, then that is in the best interests of the students. The primary consideration that is given is what is in the best interests of the students.
