I refer to the issue of move on notices, and I ask: (a) how many were issued by police in the calendar years: (i) 2009; (ii) 2010; (iii) 2011; (iv) 2012; and (v) 2013 to date; and (b) for the same years, please advise the total fines imposed for non-compliance with said orders?
