(a) By the development and implementation of the Five Year Plan for Families and Children and the FamilyOne Business Strategy. (b) By involving other government and non-government agencies in the development of the Five Year Plan and the Business Strategy. (c) Forty four State government agencies were invited to send a representative to a briefing session on the Five Year Plan ( attachment 1); the Commonwealth Department of Family and Community Services (other Commonwealth agencies will be approached as required); the Western Australian Municipal Association; non-government agencies are being involved largely through peak organisations such as the Western Australian Council of Social Services. (d) The development of a whole-of-government strategy will be part of the Five Year Plan. (e) The Five Year Plan for Families and Children and the FamilyOne Business Strategy.
