I refer to question without notice 605 in relation to disciplinary action against firefighters who attended the United Professional Firefighters Union (UPFU) rally at Parliament House, and I ask: (a) has the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) commenced disciplinary action against an employee or volunteer; (b) if yes to (a), how many employees or volunteers are subject to action; (c) has any sanction been made against any employee or volunteer arising from the rally; and (d) if yes to (c), what sanctions have been applied?
