(a) A bilateral meeting of State and Commonwealth officials was held on 17 November 2015 from 12.30pm to 2.00pm in the Jecks Room at the Rose and Crown Hotel in Guildford.
A meeting between the Western Australian Minister for Disability Services, the Commonwealth Minister for Social Services and senior State Government officials was held on 19 November 2015 at 2.00pm at Parliament House.
A bilateral meeting of State and Commonwealth officials was held on 29 February 2016 from 10am to 11.30am Western Standard Time using local telepresence facilities.
(b) The following State Government officials attended the meetings referred to in part (a):
17 November 2015: • Executive Director, and Acting Principal Policy Officer, Community and Human Services Unit, Department of the Premier and Cabinet • Director General, Disability Services Commission; and Executive Director and Director, Disability Reform Planning, Disability Services Commission
19 November 2015: • Executive Director, Community and Human Services Unit, Department of the Premier and Cabinet • Director General, Disability Services Commission
29 February 2016: • Executive Director, and Acting Principal Policy Officer, Community and Human Services Unit, Department of the Premier and Cabinet • Executive Director, Director, Senior Policy Officer and Reform Project Officer, Disability Reform Planning, Disability Services Commission
