I have a supplementary question. If
the minister does not have any emissions reduction targets, how is he going to
honour Tony AbbottXXX ###XXXs 26 per cent reduction
and, indeed, the PremierXXX ###XXXs comment made at
the G20 meeting of a bold reduction in emissions? How is he going to honour
those commitments if he cannot even say what his target is?
