In relation to the Department of Planning website concerning the Waterfront Project, which states that the proposed 9,000 square metre Indigenous Cultural Centre will be a major attraction for visitors, I ask:
(a) will the Minister table all the architectural drawings and costings which enable him to confirm the Centre will be 9,000 square metres and, if not, why not;
(b) what content for the Centre has the Minister confirmed which enables him to state that it will be a major attraction for visitors; and
(c) exactly how many daily visitors to the Centre are predicted?

(a) No. The Indigenous Cultural Centre is part of the master plan and is currently a concept. Initial stages of project construction will provide the necessary infrastructure to support the future development of the Indigenous Cultural Centre.
(b) Nil, refer answer (a).
(c) Visitor numbers to the Centre have not been established, refer answer (a). Studies have generated an estimate of 4.3 million visits per annum at full development for the entire Elizabeth Quay precinct.
