I refer to the recent announcement about the increase in the number of gaming machines and tables at Burswood Casino. (1) What is the relevant law or regulation governing the number of gaming machines and tables at Burswood Casino? (2) Did the increase in the number of gaming machines and tables require ministerial approval?
