I refer to the recent announcement about the increase in the number of gaming machines and tables at Burswood Casino. (1) What is the relevant law or regulation governing the number of gaming machines and tables at Burswood Casino? (2) Did the increase in the number of gaming machines and tables require ministerial approval? (3) If so, will the minister explain the basis upon which it was decided that there was a need to increase gambling opportunities at the casino? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
