Discharge amounts cannot be compared to the figures of 146kgs and 748kgs, which are only estimated amounts for the purposes of calculating licence fees. Fees for the next licensing period will be based on last years actual discharge figures. (2) There is no correspondence between DEP and the Minister for the Environment and Heritage relating to Tiwest unlicensed discharges into Cockburn Sound given the answer to (1).
