Can the Premier advise:
(a) has there been a change of Government policy since the current Government was formed in reference to Western Australia State Government Ministers advising members of Parliament that they are visiting their electorates;
(b) is the Premier aware that up until recently it was normal practice for all members of the Parliament to be advised by a Minister in advance of their visit to their electorate;
(c) will the Premier take such steps as are necessary to ensure that each of his Ministers resumes the previous practice and advise members of Parliament in advance of their proposed visits to their electorates; and
(i) if not, why not?

(a-c i) It is this Government's convention, unlike that of the previous administration, to notify, where possible, the local member of Parliament on any impending visits by State Government Ministers.
It is noted that the Liberal-National Government has a much greater focus on rural and regional Western Australia than the Carpenter and Gallop Governments and we look forward to visiting the Member in his electorate if he is available when a visit is planned.
