(a) The Tariff and Concession Framework Review, prepared by the former Office of Energy is complete.
(b) 5 September 2011.
(c) Some time has now elapsed since the Review's completion. The content of the Review is no longer relevant and no longer addresses the pressing problems of affordability of electricity services. As such, there is no intention to release the Review.
