(1) Is the Minister aware that the article breaches the confidentiality provisions of the
School Education Act 1999
?
(2) Did the Director General of Education comply with Section 242(1)(d) of the
School Education Act 1999
, and seek written authority from all persons to whom the information relates, to make the investigation public?
(3) Did the Director General of Education seek your approval, as Minister, to make details of the investigation public?
(4) Will the Minister now investigate the apparent breaches of the confidentiality provisions

, by the Director General of Education?
(5) If not, what confidence can employees of the Education Department have that they will not have confidential information about themselves released to the media, if it is in the interest of the Minister or the Director General of Education?
