I refer to comments reportedly made by Acting Superintendent Lance Martin on the ABC radio Morning Program on 22 February that the police service is in discussion with the Western Australian government about funding for a regional expansion of the tasking and dispatch information system, also known as TADIS. (1) What is the status of these discussions? (2) Will any announcement be made about the outcome of these discussions; and, if not, why not? Hon JON FORD
