(1) A status assessment of WA based national league teams has been undertaken by the Department of Sport and Recreation. Information has been sought from WA based national league team administrators on the current business performance status and sustainability outlook of WA based national league teams.
(2) A draft status paper has been finalised. As team administrators provided information on a 'commercial in confidence' basis it is not intended to distribute the paper.
(a) The paper is a status report and as such does not contain recommendations. However, a number of generic options have been identified for consideration.
(b) Not applicable.
