I refer to the answer to question
without notice 474 asked on 14 May about the upgrade of watering points at
Yandeyarra reserve.
(1) Can the
minister confirm whether the Department of Primary Industries and Regional
Development will seek to have $198 093.82 reimbursed by the Department of
Planning, Lands and Heritage from the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority's
emergency response fund?
(2) If yes to (1), will it be
reimbursed in this financial year?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
