I have been informed the report was completed in 2002 for consideration against other capital works priorities. The Government's capital works priorities are determined every year in the State Budget. It should be noted that the spending on capital works in 2007-08, excluding Commonwealth grants, is more than 83 per cent greater than in 2000-01 under the former Liberal-National Government.
