I refer a news statement on the Department of Transport webpage from 4 September 2020, entitled, 'Business case to be prepared for Tier 3 grain lines', and I ask: (a) when was the business case completed; (b) has a copy of the Business Case ever been made public; (c) if no to (b), why not; and (d) will the Minister please table a copy of the Business Case?
